Hartham Park has 90 fully serviced offices varying in size from 120sq ft to 1500sq ft. Some of these offices are interconnecting and provide larger areas of office suites. All offices are made available under flexible licence agreements.

Offices are located in a range of properties on the 50 acre estate, from the traditionally featured rooms of the Mansion House (1795) to the contemporary styled air conditioned rooms of the Estates Office (2001). All offices are furbished for either standard or executive lets.

Included within the licence fee is a full range of office services. These services are scaleable and can grow with your needs.

In addition, offices have access to the Hartham Park Business Centre which provides a full range of business services from franking to photocopying. Offices also have access to Jack's Restaurant & Bar, tennis court, grounds and preferential rates for meeting room hire.

Hartham Park has close links with the rest of the country as a result of its proximity to the A4 (1 minute), M4 (Junction 17, 15 minutes), and the Great Western Railway (Chippenham, 10 minutes – London Paddington, 85 minutes).
