Licences

Offices are provided under flexible licence agreements enabling you to move in, upsize, downsize and depart with the minimum of effort and cost. We can offer flexible licence agreements for periods of 1 month up to 12 months which are renewable at the end of each term.

Licenced office space differs from conventionally leased space as most costs are included within a single monthly licence fee. This makes it much easier to plan the outgoings of your business.
