"The staff working throughout dinner were exceptionally courteous and competent in their roles. The main comment from the assembled audience was how they managed without asking, to deliver the right meal combination to the right people for all three courses.

On the food front, there was a great range on offer......the quality of the food served was superb, the lamb shank being a particular crowd pleaser. It was beautifully presented and was all at the right temperature. A huge thank you must go to the chef for his efforts.

The bar area in Jack’s provided a great area to socialise and enjoy a few after dinner drinks till late on and a perfect area to finish off the evening.

Clearly the communication between Helen and her team is outstanding as they all knew what was happening, when and how long for etc. Teamwork like this is not easy to come by and has to be worked hard at. A big well done to the whole team for making a great evening happen for us"
